Ways to List Your Home

Exclusive Right to Sell.....Only the broker can sell the property. If the owner sells the property, a commission is owed unless some other arrangement is worked out.

Exclusive Agency.....The property is listed with one broker, but the owner may sell it, without paying a commission, to a purchaser who did not come through the broker. But, if a broker other than the listing broker sells the property, the owner has to pay a commission to both the listings broker and the selling broker.
